Shipping Policy

Orders returned due to insufficient address will require a reshipment fee once we confirm the updated address. Orders that go unclaimed and return to our facility there will be a fee for reshipment. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items misprinted, damaged or defective must be returned no more than 30 days from the received date. Face masks and under garments are not returnable items due to health and hygiene reasons. Items that are worn, washed, stained or destroyed will not be returnable.Items returned due to size exchange there will be a fee for reshipment.
*For consumers in Europe, sealed orders that were unsealed are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.
